My 2008-2009 First Quarter Report Card
I feel fairly confident about my report card for the first quarter of my sophomore year here at Peoria Notre Dame High School. I believe that I have all A's except for Spanish II. This is extremely absurd, since I am getting better grades in three honor's classes. I truly believe that Spanish, taught by Mrs. Zidrich, is far too hard for the average student. It is evidential through the amount of students that switch out of the class every year. If only I had chosen a different language freshman year, I would no doubt be included in the top ten students at Peoria Notre Dame. I have come to hate Spanish. My report card will be ruined with a single B+ from Spanish. Thank you Mrs. Zidrich.

Johnny, I am sorry that Spanish is ruining your life. Although I do not have Mrs. Zidrich, I can feel your pain. Maybe it's not Mrs. Zidrich. Maybe it's you!
Who was your teacher last year for spanish? And what grade did you receive? All of these factors needed to be added in order to fairly persecute Mrs. Zidrich for your B+.
I also bet, that, some kids in your class have A's or A+'s and disagree with your comments about Mrs. Zidrich. I think you should backtrack a little and see why you have a B+, and from there work with her, maybe come early in the morning, to boost your grade up.

As with Dominick, I am sorry that this class is ruining your life. However, I also agree that maybe some more hard work would raise your grade up.
What are some things you can do to improve your grade? If you really can't get your grade up, why don't you just switch to another language? Maybe peer tutoring would help?
Once again, I wish you luck with this issue of yours. Sometimes, it is out of your control. However, sometimes it is in your control and it is then that you must do everything you can to improve your life.

Hey Johnny! Spanish is easy! Well, maybe not super easy, but I'm sure you're over-reacting. Or maybe not.... idk, didn't Sra. Ripperda teach us enough? Hahaha she was weird. Johnny, i wholeheartedly agree. I have all good grades, and then a lower one is spanish. I don't mind the language too much, but Zidrich just complicates things beyond belief. I'm totally on your side.
